City Corporation to launch new Covid-19 Recovery Grant Scheme for Square Mile SMEs

The current increase in positive COVID cases may impact the staffing of our buildings. If you are making a special journey to visit us, please phone to check we are open as normal.
Following the announcement on Wednesday 8 December about moving to Plan B, the Department of Culture, Media and Sport has confirmed that unless you are exempt, mask wearing will be mandatory in all public libraries from Friday 10 December.

Visit the library for

  • Books and audio books
  • Computers with free, filtered internet access
  • Regular activities for children including story times, rhyme times and much more
  • Friendly, expert staff

Project loan collections

We provide project loan collections to local schools. Get in touch with us for more information.

The Library is wheelchair accessible and there is disabled parking available. Please see the Barbican Centre website for more information.
