Loans and charges
Most things are free in our lending libraries but there are small charges for borrowing CDs and non-documentary DVDs. These are charged when you first take out an item and each time you renew it.

Please note: you will not be able to renew items if your account has £20 or more in outstanding charges or charges of any amount which have been outstanding for two or more months.
