Application details:

  1. To vary the existing premises licence to add, live music, recorded music, films, performance of dance and plays (indoors only). 10am to 12midnight Monday to Sunday.
  2. To extend permitted hours for all licensable activities; sale of alcohol, late night refreshment, and regulated entertainment to 1am.
  3. To amend the commencement hour for the sale of alcohol (on and off the premises) to start at 8am as opposed to 10am.
  4. Extend the terminal hour for opening to be 30 minutes after the end of
  5. licensable activities.
  6. To extend the licensed area, for the sale of alcohol and late night refreshment to include Engel Courtyard, located under the Portico at the front of the Royal Exchange, as shown on the plan.
