- To provide late night refreshment, 11am to 11.30pm Monday to Thursday. 11pm to 12midnight Friday and Saturday.
- Provide regulated entertainment, recorded music and exhibit of film, 10am to 11.30pm Monday to Thursday. 10am to 12midnight Friday and Saturday. 11am to 10.30pm Sunday.
