Advice to businesses using mail forwarding

Date updated: 3/11/2021

The City of London Trading Standards Service has identified a problem in the way that some businesses which provide a registered office address service to clients are operating. We have taken legal advice on this issue and produced the advice for business document which we are circulating as widely as possible.
