What is the free contact programme? 

The ​Partnerships and Engagement team seeks to meet with a wide range of property professionals and businesses, with the aim of:

• Providing a single point of contact into the Corporation to resolve issues
• Providing advice on topical built environment issues
• Ensuring you get the timely support you need
• Identifying critical issues
• Representing your views and interests at the Corporation
• Enhancing and exchanging property and development knowledge

Who do we engage with? 

Businesses - to resolve any problems in the vicinity of your office such as construction noise.  To provide updates on City developments and offer guidance on office move logistics, property searches, licensing requirements and office design guidance.

To further support businesses, we also run the City Property Managers' Network which is the City's only dedicated networking forum for Property and Facilities Managers.

Developers, investors and property advisors - to discuss your issues relating to the delivery of a new or proposed office scheme or the refurbishment proposals for an existing building.

We also provide a property toolkit to help you navigate the license requirements for new buildings and you can also view future opportunities using our property development pipeline map.

Agents and property researchers -  we can provide intelligence on the current office availability options and enhance and exchange knowledge. We track all development activity in the City and City fringes - with a focus on recently completed office schemes, those under construction and the identification of potential future development proposals

Building contractors and managers - we are happy to discuss your issues and concerns relating to the delivery of either internal or external works relating to an existing building.
