About the estate
Middlesex Street Estate in the Portsoken ward of the City of London, comprises of Petticoat Tower, with 88 flats over 23 floors, and Petticoat Square, with 146 properties surrounding the landscaped podium area. The estate was built between 1965 and 1970 and shares its site with Artizan Street Library and Community Centre.

Due to the structure of the estate office we do not hold surgeries, however feel free to telephone to make an appointment or pop in and we will see if we are available.
Estate surgeries and walkabouts will not be taking place at the moment due to COVID-19 restrictions. We will update with rescheduled dates once the estate office reopens.
Open meetings are designed for residents to attend and get the latest updates on estate projects and also raise any concerns they wish to discuss. Open meetings have been postponed due to COVID-19.

Middlesex Street Estate is able to offer guestroom accommodation, they are located on the fourth floor of Petticoat Square.
There is one single and one twin room available. For more information please contact the estate office by phone, or email the Middlesex Street Estate Team.
The current prices are:
- £40 for the single room per night
- £50 for the double room per night
All bedding and towels will be provided. There will also be tea/coffee making facilities. Guests are reminded that there is no WiFi.
There is a £50 refundable deposit which will be returned once the room inspection has been completed.
