Parliament Hill Lido
The Parliament Hill Lido is a 60 metre long open-air swimming pool which is open 365 days a year.

Cashless payment is preferred. Correct change cannot be guaranteed for cash transactions.
Swimmers under 16 years and 60+ years can swim free of charge up to 9:30am on production of proof of age.

Sauna
The sauna is open during the winter season and will close for the summer at the end of Friday 3 May 2024. Sauna tickets are purchased in addition to swimming tickets (or season pass) and cannot be purchased separately.
Sauna tickets are available to adults only, cost £3.50 per one hour session, and can be bought in the 15 minutes preceding the one-hour sessions of 7am*, 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm.
The last session for the sauna will be 12-1pm.
Each swimmer may purchase a maximum of one ticket per session. 30 tickets per session are sold on a first come, first served basis.
*Tickets for the 7am slot can be bought at 7am when the Lido opens.
Water temperature
The Lido is not heated. We regularly tweet the water temperature at the Lido on X.
Donations
All money received from swimming is gratefully received and is reinvested to support the costs of operating the Lido, thank you for your support. You can make an additional donation to Hampstead Heath (Registered Charity no. 803392).
The Lido is located on Gordon House Road.

Parking
There is parking available at the Lido Car Park.
Concessions
Concessions apply to people in receipt of State Benefits including: Universal Credit, Job Seekers Allowance, Personal Independence Payments and Housing Benefit as well as people with a Freedom Pass; Disabled Card; Students, those 60 and over and under 16’s.
You will be asked to provide proof of eligibility when you apply or book.
Free morning swim
Those aged 60 and over are eligible for a free morning swim from 7am until 9.30am, on production of proof of age.
Carers
Carers can accompany a swimmer for free. Choose the free Carer option on the Season Ticket Application Form.
If you are a regular swimmer, you can save by getting a season ticket for the Lido, the Ponds or both. Visit our season ticket page to find out more - including prices - and buy your season ticket.
When you purchase a season ticket you will be issued with a wristband which you can use to 'tap in' when you swim. Replacement cost of lost wristband is £5 and replacement bands can be ordered online using the season ticket application form found on our season ticket page.
If you cannot fill in the Season Ticket Application online then paper copies will be available at the Bathing Ponds, Lido and Parliament Hill office.
