History Card

All visitors who wish to access original material at London Metropolitan Archives (LMA) will require a History Card.

You can start your registration online or when you arrive at LMA. In order to complete your registration at LMA you will require an acceptable form of identification.

History Card Expiry

Please note: History cards expire three years after the date of issue, at which point, you will need to be issued with another card. You will need to be able to provide the same identification and proof of address. History card renewals are free.
